1. Return Guidelines
Because honey is an edible and perishable commodity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or tampered with.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, please contact us at kapilashamrit@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
4. Crystallization Note
Please note that natural, raw honey may crystallize over time. This is a sign of purity and not a defect. We do not offer refunds or returns for crystallized honey. You can easily return it to a liquid state by gently placing the jar in warm water.
